The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea making machines. The location was comfortable, to nearest mall, convenient to go everywhere

Everything was fine, personnel was helpful. Liked staying here, my room was new-fashioned and had a mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe. The location was peaceful - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. Even the Almaty International airport was not so far, 22 minutes drive away...

We had a great time at Keremet Hotel. We liked our modern and spacious rooms. the staff was very friendly. the location was peaceful and comfortable, and it was convenient for us to reach everywhere we needed to go. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of Hungry Bear, a fast food restaurant.

The location here was super convenient, just a short walk from a concert hall 🎶. Plus, it's close to the city center, Republic Square, and tons of restaurants. Overall, a great spot to be!

The room was spacious and stylish, unexpectedly clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance of a shopping mall and multiple restaurants. there was a nice rain shower in the bathroom that was a nice touch.
There were some negative aspects as well. The soundproofing was not great, as noises from the next-door room and hallways could be heard easily.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern building that captivated me. the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located within walking distance of great restaurants and a shopping mall. the shower was amazing and perfect for refreshing myself.
the breakfast was limited with no open buffet, and I needed to make an upfront order.

Our recent stay at Keremet was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with a short 20-minute walk to the city center and a nearby mall and restaurants. The spacious room in the new and modern building was a refreshing change. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were available 24/7. The rain shower in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the value for money was great. We also liked the fact that we had parking space for our car. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Located near a bustling shopping center with many dining options and friendly staff make this hotel a great value. Spacious rooms with rain showers and modern furnishings were a plus. the breakfast was limited but still delicious with delivery to the room.
Minor issues with soundproofing made it hard to sleep peacefully.
